Assessment

The Kolbe Assessment identifies your natural strengths and instinctive work methods, helping you focus on what you do best. This boosts productivity, reduces stress, and enhances teamwork, enabling individuals and teams to reach their full potential.

Kolbe A™: Know Thyself

The Kolbe A™ Index describes an individual’s instinctive mode of operation (MO) or natural strengths. It provides you and others with valuable information about how you gather information, organize, handle risk and change, and utilize tangible. With this, we can understand how you work, communicate, and accomplish tasks to minimize conflict and stress. It’s an index, not a test, so there are no right or wrong answers –– everyone gets a perfect score!

Kolbe B™: How to See Your Job

The Kolbe B™ Index outlines how an individual sees the demands of their current job. This tool assists the individual, their manager, and colleagues in understanding the talents that the individual feels are essential for their job

Kolbe C™: How Management Sees Your Job

The Kolbe C™ Index is completed by a direct manager and outlines their understanding of the requirements and traits needed for success in a role. By comparing the Kolbe A, B, and C Indexes for an individual, we can objectively identify alignment, tension, and strain between their natural talents, their perception of the work, and the manager’s expectations. This comparison encourages and enriches dialogue to enhance the relationship, often leading to quick identification of changes that could immediately reduce stress and increase satisfaction.

RIGHT FIT: Getting the Right People in the Right Seats

The Right Fit™ Process employs the Kolbe C, the position supervisor’s Kolbe A, and the top performers’ Kolbe A within that position to establish the optimal Kolbe range for a role. Potential or current team members are assessed against the position’s Right Fit criteria to gauge if the role aligns well with their individual strengths.
