The impact was so real for her, that she became a Certified Kolbe Consultant in 2018 and has since guided thousands of businesses across various sectors, including pest control companies to work better and faster through Kolbe Coaching.
What sets Sheri apart is the depth of her expertise. She is a Certified Performance Specialist, Team Specialist, and Youth Specialist, one of only five professionals in the country to hold all three Kolbe certifications.
